
Orange Champagne Sparklers

One of our special-occasion favorites, this sparkler offers sublime sophistication with a playful touch of fruit. Serve this bubbling beauty in tall, svelte flutes from a silver platter sprinkled with pomegranate seeds and spirals of orange peel.
Ingredients:
1 bottle (750ml) Champagne or sparkling wine
orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
Fresh pomegranite seeds, for garnish (optional)
Oranges, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Pour about 5 ounces of the Champagne into each of 4 flutes. Pour 1/2 ounce of the orange liqueur into each glass. Stir gently. Drop a sprinkling of pomegranite seeds and/or a twist of orange peel into each flute, if desired.
Tip: To maintain the carbonation of the Champagne, seal the bottle with a stopper or insert a silver spoon into the neck and refrigerate for later enjoyment.
