I made a triple batch of this soup for the Joaquin Miller Elementary School teachers' lunch, sponsored by kindergarten parents. It was a hit!

I made this a couple of nights ago and it was fab!! You have to be feeling your brute strength to peel that squash, but it is oh so worth it! I added a bit of shredded rotisserie chicken to bulk it up and some sriracha (my honey likes everything spicy!) and served it over a bed of quinoa - it makes delicious leftovers too! Just had some for lunch!! Thanks girls- you're my heroes!!

Would you share the brand you use.Does it come in a jar and it's solid? I have started sending your website to friends.I know the will be as happy as I have been! I love the tips..you both inspire me to get into the kitchen! THANK YOU and have a wonderful day,Allison
