No-Bake Brownies

Looking for a BIG FAT endorphin release? We got ya covered. In less than 10 minutes, you can pulse your way to deliciousness with these no-cook, simple-to-make, grain free brownies. AND….drum roll please….. they don’t have refined sugar, gluten, or eggs. YAASS!

Ingredients:

1/2 C raw walnuts

1/2 C raw pecans, or almonds

1/2 C Medjool dates, pitted (about 6)

1/4 C raw cacao powder

1/2 Tbsp coconut oil

2 tsp vanilla extract

pinch sea salt

 

Shopping List:

Directions:

Place all ingredients in the food processor and pulse until mixture comes together and is well blended. Press mixture into a parchment-lined 4 X 9 loaf pan. Cut into 6 squares. Let the good times roll!
